REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by DroppersDream LLC.

We keep it simple. Clear rules. No confusion.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started after payment.
  • The client requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
  • The service is not delivered as described and agreed in writing.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Once editing or creative work has started, refunds are not possible.

This is due to time, effort, and resources already invested into your project.

We allocate planning, editing, and creative direction from day one. That work cannot be reversed.


Project Start Rule

A project is considered started once any of the following begins:

  • Script breakdown or content planning
  • Editing work inside software
  • Strategy development for the content
  • Asset organization or timeline setup

After this point, the project is active and non-refundable.


Cancellations

If you cancel before work begins, and within 24 hours of payment, you may request a refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations do not guarantee a refund.

We may still offer partial solutions depending on the situation, but it is not guaranteed.


Service Delivery Issues

If there is a clear mismatch between agreed work and delivered output, we will review the case.

If the issue is valid and confirmed in writing, we may offer:

  • Revision support
  • Partial refund
  • Service correction

We aim to fix problems first, not avoid them.

  • Your name
  • Payment proof
  • Project details
  • Reason for request

We respond after reviewing the full case, not partial information.
